Sarangi, which was launched in October 2017 under Serena Hotel’s Cultural Diplomacy Initiative, aims at protecting and promoting the cultural heritage of Pakistan by encouraging young talents and giving them an opportunity to become the nation’s rising stars. Through engaging social media, the music competition, over the years, has received tremendous response from across country and an incredible pool of talented singers and musicians has been identified and given opportunities.
The jury panel consisted of renowned figures of music industry, including Zoe Viccaji, Asif Ali Santoo and Sarmad Ghafoor. The jury session was covered by PTV World as a Media Partner.
